# Analyze Your Reverse Pivot with V1 GOLF

Slow motion video reveals exactly what's causing your reverse pivot — and how to fix it.

## What Causes a Reverse Pivot?

Weight moves to the front foot on the backswing and back foot on the downswing — the opposite of correct weight transfer.

The spine tilting toward the target in the backswing rather than away. The head often moves left in a right-handed golfer's backswing.

### Key frames to check:

- P4 — which way is the spine tilting?
- P6 — is weight on the front foot at impact?

## How to Analyze Your reverse pivot with V1 GOLF

1

Record your swing face-on and down-the-line at the range

2

Use slow motion to scrub through impact and identify the fault

3

### Thin Shots
